When you order from us, you are ordering a completely handmade product, built in a traditional point-to-point style construction and tailored to your specific requests.

We offer several models; some original designs inspired by historic amps from the 50’s and 60’s, and some reproductions of classics. These different models vary in design, tube and speaker configuration, size and power. Once we figure out what is right for you, we can start the process.

Lead time is approximately 12-15 weeks. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when order is placed.

West Side Amplification warrants products to be free from defect in workmanship under normal use for life and free from defects in materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Tubes, speakers, and reverb tanks carry a ninety day warranty.

Any misuse, tampering, circuit modification, improper tube installation, abuse or spilled beverages, will void the warranty.

Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction, West Side Amplification will replace or repair the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge.

The amplifier or effect must be shipped to West Side Amplification with freight paid by the purchaser. No charge for return shipping after warranty work is complete.
